The DBS Transformation Festival is a 5-day learning event, that fosters sharing of all internal projects and initiatives bank-wide. I worked with my team to produce the hybrid event, from rehearsals to on-site speaker management, live broadcast to post-production.
Results: 6000+ unique registered users, 196910 page views, 37627 individual sessions

As part of the annual DBS Transformation Festival, several different teams approached us to create key assets for the event. This included explainer animation videos, interview-style videos, infographic designs and publications. These were intended to reach internal board members, product owners and all other staff, showcasing the transforming stories of different initiatives and projects.
